"Had a working phone until I took it in to get the lock button fixed. They replaced the phone, and it's been downhill ever since. Not sure if it's a problem with the latest firmware or the new phone. Either case it's a HUGE headache that's taking up a lot of time. Returned to the store twice to fix the phone which got locked in an endless loop, and had to restore from backup twice. Now,..."
