my iphone will randomly exit safari. I'll open it, and it will open the page i was on but I'll have to wait for the page to load again and if I'm on certain pages, like myspace, it logs me out. Its really annoying. I use the Internet alot too! I think it does it if it is using to much energy loading or something.

A weird one - if I'm listening to the ipod function and get a call the phone mutes the music, I take the call. If during the call an alarm I've set goes off - when I dismiss the alarm the music starts back up WHILE I'm still in the call so I'm hearing the caller and the music. Very annoying.

Had a working phone until I took it in to get the lock button fixed. They replaced the phone, and it's been downhill ever since. Not sure if it's a problem with the latest firmware or the new phone. Either case it's a HUGE headache that's taking up a lot of time. Returned to the store twice to fix the phone which got locked in an endless loop, and had to restore from backup twice. Now, it's worse than ever before. Now it's really slow taking it's time to dial phone numbers. Looks like I gotta go back to the store to replace my replaced phone.

1. Keeps switching to the screen 'slide to turn off' for no reason
2. Often Safari just closes in the middle of surfing the web
3. Top button for switching to standby just doesn't work - press multiple times and nothing happens
4. Phone calls just cut in the middle - not the network since Hong Kong's network is excellent - never had such problems before
5. When checking for new email often the message 'Connecting' displays for literally hours with no message download
6. Mail settings not backed up when synching
7. Phone shuts down without warning
Note - went to service provider's maintenance office and room was full of people with iPhone problems
Posted a message on Apple's site and received a message that it had been removed since it 'violated terms of site'!
The worst thing is not the bugs but Apple's complete lack of acknowlegement of feedback regarding when the bugs can be fixed - when you need the phone for business such a lack of response just pushes you to buy a different phone

Just replaced my new 3g with a new one. Same bugs are still happening. If I am on 3g, I miss calls, they go to voice mail, and sometimes I don't get the voicemail. Also, it is common to be talking on the phone and I lose audio of the other person, gain a split second delay audio of myself, but the other person can hear everything.

The problem I have is that when I am call and someone calls me and try to answer it the phone goes black you can't answer it and then the other line goes silent and they try to call ulyou back you can answer but you can't hear them untill you them back otherwise no incoming calls till you shut it off and wait few minutes and reboot it again

I love my Iphone and all but the signal tend to flex alot on both of my Iphnes 3G the 2 phones thet I had did not have this problem. Do we need the new firmware update to fix this problem? Or is this my network problem? I don't know that Iphones have a problem switching back & forth from 3G-2G it's really slow so you get a time that there is no signal.. Apple really need to fix this issue.

Steve Jobs... I know you are at hospital receiving treatments. However, when you get back to the office, you must first heavily investigate the Chinese factories and workers who make the iPhones at China. I think they are putting bugs or some virus on purpose. First, sometimes I do not receive calls. A lot of my people misunderstand as if I ignore their calls on purpose which is not true but they do not believe me. I tell them the iPhone sucks but they do not believe it's the iPhone but they think that I ignore them because I do not like them. Iphone really makes me annoyed and pissed! Second, sometimes my iPhone freezes. Third, the iPhone does not notify that I got text messages. I literally have to go back to the text inbox every 8 seconds to check to see if people texted me. Also, email system is really bad. It does not notify!!! me if I have received the emails or not.
Steve Jobs... It is not about the design and innovative ideas. I am not saying design and ideas are not important but what is more important is the actual quality of the design and idea and the technology. I like the your idea of Mac revamping and it has been successful but I feel like you are attracting the customers only by the design of your products. You really have to improve the quality at the same time. You really have to make sure the quality is at the same level with the new innovative design, idea, and technology.
Please Please Please make sure Chinese are assemblying the right parts for the iPhone and all other Apple products. I really feel that the Chinese are really putting virus/bugs/malicious hacks at their creepy factories.
